Testicular

The average age of diagnosis for men with testicular cancer is 33 years. Even patients with advanced stage disease can be cured with 4 cycles of Bleomycin/etoposide/cipslatin also known as BEP with 7 year progression free survival rates rates of 81%, 72% and 54% for good, intermediate and poor risk patients. Overall survival rates are 89%, 81% and 60% for good, intermediate and poor risk patients. VIP is an option for those patients with pre-existing lung disease, not eligible for bleomycin treatment.

The benefit of curing a young person with 4 cycles of chemotherapy is incalcuable and every effort should be made to identify and treat these patients with curative intent. Please allow me to quote you a price for reliable, inexpensive chemotherapy for this important intervention.
